Excellent facilities and convenient location near a popular shopping mall. The staff was very attentive to detail, always making sure that guests had everything they needed. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the coffee was consistently good.
The pillows could have been firmer, but that's a personal preference. The lack of an iron and ironing board was unexpected.

Although the staff were mostly helpful, there was a minor issue with our check-in experience.

Despite a small hiccup at the front desk, where I was nearly overcharged, the overall experience was positive. I would highly recommend Kempinski Hotel for anyone visiting the Coastal City Mall area of Shenzhen.
